Our Story
The Voting Records Toronto website was first launched in February 2025 by a group of dedicated volunteers at ClimateFast, a community-based climate action group in Toronto. This website was made possible through the time and energy put in by volunteers who brought expertise from a wide range of fields, including data analysis, public policy, communications, coding/computer science, user experience (UX), media, graphic design, finance, and climate advocacy.
Additionally, this website involved collaboration with members from other Toronto grassroots groups including Etobicoke Climate Action, For Our Kids Toronto, TTCriders, and others. A huge and special thanks to Progress Toronto and Civic Tech Toronto for their continuous support and guidance. This climate voting records website was built from scratch and is powered by webCOMAND.
